Now Japan is my favorite country but, a manhole purse has “bad news” written all over it. Let’s leave a purse full of valuables in the middle of the street, where if no one just picks it up, it might get ran over.

The vending machine one tho is a better idea. Wait for some unexpecting schmuck to try and stick some money in you then grab that shit and run. Just beware that this guy doesn’t get ya.
