FIRST IMPRESSIONS GO A LONG WAY
A QUICK TAKE OF GAMES WE’RE PLAYING. LET US KNOW WHAT GAMES WE SHOULD CHECK OUT HERE
So I was cleaning the room the other day. I’ll spare you the gory details, but as I got to the entertainment center–slash general area that the trusty 360 resides–,I moved a game or two around. Dusted half assed, then decided napping would be a better idea. When I awoke from my slumber, I made a discovery… Holy Crap, I bought Left 4 Dead 2?!?! … (Shortly after I had a question pop into my still sleep addled mind) Am I the only one? Here is the story. Around Christmas time I was tooling around Amazon.com, Christmas shopping for the family and of course I ended up buying myself a game. I found Left for Dead 2 for 48 dollars with free shipping. Hell yeah! The game had only been out a couple weeks and it was already being discounted online. Partly because of Christmas deals, and/or partly because of the beast that is Modern Warfare 2 was released a week or so after L4D2 (or so I’m thinking). more »
